A 14-year-old teenager was shot in the leg during a shooting in Abaco as he was leaving a store after buying a drink. The young man, a student at Patrick J Bethel High School, had no connection to the victim, a 50-year-old man who was shot in the incident. Although injured, he was hospitalized and then released. His family, facing financial difficulties, was assisted by their pastor for the return to Abaco. Counseling will be offered to the boy to help him cope with this trauma.
