The police in Dominica have arrested a new suspect in connection with the murder of Jerbiah Paul, a 16-year-old girl whose body was recently discovered. Jolie-Ana Naomi James has been charged with perjury and possession of weapons. She has pleaded not guilty and her trial is scheduled for November 2026. Other police officers are also being charged in this tragic case.
