The Hope Agricultural Training Institute of Barbados has launched a new era of training with the arrival of its first class of 181 students. During the inauguration of the school year, the director of the National Transformation Initiative emphasized the importance for the country to adapt to regional food dependency. She encouraged students to innovate and protect their learning environment while developing their skills in the face of the sector's technological evolution.
