Sandra Gittens has been appointed ambassador of Barbados to Cuba. She recently presented her credentials to the Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister. An experienced diplomat, Gittens previously led the Caribbean Affairs Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
