This year, students from six primary schools as well as patients from Queen Elizabeth Hospital and two polyclinics benefit from better access to fresh drinking water. This is made possible by a donation of water fountains from the Barbados Muslim Association, which has previously undertaken similar initiatives. The handover took place recently at the Jama Masjid mosque in St Michael.
