Two participants of the Maratón Medellín are currently hospitalized after experiencing serious complications during the race. A 20-year-old woman suffered a cardiac arrest, while a 39-year-old man experienced seizures related to a history of epilepsy. They were quickly transferred to healthcare facilities for urgent care.
