The National Network for the Defense of Agrarian Reform has expressed concerns about a legislative proposal that could remove the protected status of agricultural areas in several municipalities of Cundinamarca. This initiative would jeopardize nearly 15,800 hectares dedicated to agriculture, thus exposing many rural families to the harmful consequences on food security and land use.
