Uruguay has reached an agreement with Neltume Ports, ending an international arbitration initiated against the country regarding the concession of the Terminal Cuenca del Plata. This dispute, stemming from the extension of the concession until 2081, had drawn criticism from Montecon, the main competitor of TCP. The government emphasized that this agreement represents a success for Uruguay, ensuring that no future action will be taken by Neltume in this regard.
