A woman was assaulted in her home in Barahona, losing consciousness after being struck by an intruder. The suspect, a young man from the neighborhood, allegedly entered her home by breaking a door. The victim was able to identify him and reported that the individual had stolen more than 30,000 pesos from her business. After receiving treatment for her injuries, she filed a complaint with the authorities, fearing for her safety.
