The Minister of Public Health has launched a simultaneous intervention in eight hospitals across the country to evaluate conditions related to maternal and infant mortality and morbidity. This action follows concerning indicators detected by the surveillance system. Specialized teams will examine various aspects, such as hygiene and quality of care, in order to establish corrective measures.
