The State is implementing an emergency plan to support farmers and breeders in Guadeloupe affected by the drought. This plan, announced by the Minister of Agriculture, includes financial aid, relief from charges, and social support. An agricultural rearmament fund will be created to assist the most vulnerable farms. The terms for granting aid will be specified soon.
