Insee recently published a study on the benefits of Family Allowance Funds in the overseas departments. The results show that residents of Priority Neighborhoods in the city, often in difficult socio-economic situations, receive the most aid. Nearly 80% of residents in these areas benefit from at least one allowance, while half of the population outside QPV is affected.
