The juvenile court of Guadeloupe has delivered its judgment in the case of the murder of a businessman, which occurred in September 2023. After five days of hearings, the six defendants were found guilty, receiving sentences ranging from 5 to 16 years in prison. Four of them were immediately incarcerated, while two others, including a potential mastermind, received suspended sentences and did not go to detention.
