The prefect gathered the main social landlords of Guadeloupe for the signing of the Public Procurement Charter. These stakeholders, who present themselves as responsible payers, expressed their eagerness to formalize this commitment. Several mayors, most of whom had already signed, also participated in this event, thereby strengthening their collaboration with the landlords in the construction sector.
