A national survey reveals that approximately 7.4% of children aged 6 to 59 months in Haiti suffer from acute malnutrition. This alarming situation is worsening between 2023 and 2026, despite a slight decrease in prevalence. The causes are linked to a persistent security crisis and increasing economic difficulties. The Ministry of Health conducted this study to assess the nutritional situation of young children.
