Since June 22, 2026, a new Port Security Notice imposes increased requirements for vessels visiting Haitian ports. These measures include level 2 security provisions, security declarations, strict access control, as well as mandatory notifications prior to entering U.S. ports. These changes aim to enhance maritime security in the region.
