After several requests, the Group of Eminent Persons of CARICOM was welcomed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Haiti on September 2. This visit, marked by exchanges with political and civil society actors, comes as the government of Alix Didier Fils-Aimé faces increasing criticism regarding its inaction in the current situation of the country.
