Since the start of voter registration on July 20, the Provisional Electoral Council has been facing difficulties. To date, fewer than 600,000 voters are registered, well below the set objectives. Although the process is presented as quick, a recent experience in Registration and Voting Centers has highlighted obstacles that hinder citizens' registration.
