Unity Fellowship Jamaica Ministries held its 10th community health fair in St Elizabeth, attracting over 200 participants. This event, supported by the CHASE fund, aimed to overcome barriers to healthcare access in rural areas. Residents benefited from various free services, such as medical screenings and consultations, as well as health education sessions.
