On September 29, Ariel Bowen, recently appointed ambassador of Jamaica to Japan, paid a farewell visit to the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development in Kingston. During this meeting, she received a gift from Marsha Henry-Martin, the permanent secretary of the ministry. With over 30 years of experience in the diplomatic service, she is ready to take up her duties in Tokyo soon.
