Mundia Williams, a shelter manager, shared the difficulties faced during Hurricane Melissa, particularly the lack of resources and pressure from occupants. During a workshop organized by the International Organization for Migration, she and other officials discussed the challenges of managing shelters, including the safety of the most vulnerable. Despite these obstacles, Williams and her colleagues remain determined to provide support and improve their skills.
