A man wanted for the murder of a shopkeeper was shot dead by police in Christiana, Manchester. Law enforcement, acting on information, went to a bar where they confronted an armed man. The latter was killed and a weapon was recovered. The suspect was on parole for another homicide and was linked to several criminal cases in the area.
