Minister Andrew Wheatley revealed that the president of the National Cyber Coordination and Assurance Council (NCCAC) will be appointed shortly. This council, approved by the Cabinet in October, will begin its work at the end of this month. Its goal is to enhance Jamaica's cyber resilience by coordinating cybersecurity activities at the national level, without replacing the team responsible for cyber incident management.
