The recently rebuilt Black River Hospital has reopened after months of work following the damage caused by Hurricane Melissa. The Prime Minister emphasized the need to accelerate the reconstruction processes to avoid delays. With an increased capacity of 181 beds, the facility now includes new ambulances and additional government services. Plans for a strategic relocation of critical services are also underway.
