The Inter-secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) successfully launched its first football festival, providing intense competition for Manning Cup and daCosta Cup teams. Despite some minor issues, the ISSA president received positive feedback about the event. Thirty matches took place, with standout performances, including Kingston College dominating William Knibb Memorial 7-0. This festival allowed teams to remain competitive ahead of the second phase of the tournaments.
