Two twin brothers have been charged with assault after being involved in an altercation that led to knife injuries. The incident occurred in Kingston during a dispute over the use of a water source. After a verbal escalation, the brothers attacked their neighbor, who had to be hospitalized. They are due to appear in court on October 1.
