Martinique has a rich knowledge of medicinal plants but struggles to structure an effective sector. The CHM/MAIA project aims to develop the cultivation and marketing of moringa and hibiscus. Although research has been conducted since the 1980s, the challenge remains to organize production and clarify regulations. Collaboration among various stakeholders is essential to enhance this potential.
