In Martinique, more than half of the public budgets exceed the legal payment deadline of thirty days imposed on local authorities. Out of 155 budgets analyzed, 93 are delayed, with a median delay of 35.2 days. Although the situation is improving compared to the previous year, some supplementary budgets show significant delays, jeopardizing the cash flow of suppliers.
