Véronique Moreau officially took office as sub-prefect of Marin during a ceremony on Monday. She previously served in Côtes-d’Armor and Gers. Upon her arrival in Martinique, she laid a wreath at the war memorial and was briefed on priority issues, particularly those concerning local authorities and sargassum. The sub-prefect aims to establish a constant dialogue with local stakeholders to better understand the challenges of her new position.
