The judicial court of Basse-Terre has decided to lift the suspension of the activity of the Deshaies quarry, operated by the Antillean Aggregates Company. This decision follows a procedure lasting nearly 20 months and several expert assessments. The judge determined that the issues leading to the suspension had been resolved. However, the resumption of operations still depends on the necessary administrative authorizations.
