Firefighters intervened from Sunday night to Monday for a fire on Boisvin Road, in Abymes. Upon arrival, a 27-year-old man was found seriously burned, conscious, with injuries to his face and leg. He reportedly extinguished the fire himself in a squatted residence before help arrived. He was transported to the CHU of Guadeloupe for treatment.
