The Comorian airline Royal Air has announced that it will begin flights to Mayotte from December 15, 2026. This initiative is part of its plan to serve the 101st French department, pending the necessary authorizations. Royal Air already operates routes between the Comorian islands and other destinations, and also plans to expand its network to Madagascar.
