From October 6 to 10, 2026, the International Documentary Film Festival Amazonia-Caribbean (Fifac) will take place in Saint-Laurent du Maroni. This 8th edition will highlight stories of women in struggle and identity issues through 32 selected films. The jury, composed of cinema professionals, will evaluate works that question the environmental and cultural challenges of Caribbean and Amazonian territories.
