Catherine Edmund, a resident of Seaview Estate, has been named the unsung heroine of Saint Lucia by CIBC Caribbean for her commitment to children and her community. Founder of the Birthday Fairies initiative, she organizes birthday celebrations for underprivileged children. In addition to her work with Birthday Fairies, she is active in the Pantastic Muzik orchestra and the Ciceron Youth Development Group.
