Between January and October 2026, Saint Lucia recorded a 16% decrease in homicides compared to the previous year, with 52 murders reported. However, burglaries increased by 5%, reaching 394 cases. Road accidents also saw a rise, with 2,417 incidents, including 14 fatalities. Meanwhile, significant drug and firearm seizures were carried out by the police.
