Mwa Ewitaj Kwéyòl was inaugurated in Laborie, kicking off a month-long celebration dedicated to the language and cultural heritage of Saint Lucia. This year's theme, "Kwéyòl-la SÉ Sa Nou Tout", emphasizes the importance of the language for the identity of Saint Lucians. Various activities are planned, including storytelling and dance evenings, culminating in Jounen Kwéyòl on October 25.
