Expectant mothers in Saint Lucia will receive increased support with the addition of RhoGAM and Coombs tests as part of maternal and child health services, at no cost. Effective since November 1st, these services particularly target pregnant women with Rh-negative blood type. The director of health services emphasized the importance of these tests to prevent complications during pregnancy.
