The carnival queens of Saint Lucia, Faith Edward and Nyaley Lewis, are preparing to represent their island at two regional competitions in 2027. Edward will participate in the Miss OECS pageant in January in Dominica, while Lewis will defend the colors of Saint Lucia at the St Maarten Carnival Caribbean Queen Pageant in April. Both candidates will embody the culture and heritage of their country while calling for public support for their preparation.
