The government has finalized a new ownership and management agreement for the Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre. E Teck has acquired all the shares of Hilton International Trinidad Limited, now renamed HotelTT Asset Management Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the State. Hilton will continue to manage the hotel, while employees will retain their positions with no immediate changes to their working conditions.
