Trinidad and Tobago celebrates 64 years of independence with a cultural event

To mark the 64th anniversary of its independence, Trinidad and Tobago organized a cultural showcase at Queen’s Park Savannah. This event highlighted various aspects of the rich Trinbagonian heritage. The festivities allowed for the celebration of national identity and paid tribute to the country's history, from the removal of the British flag to the raising of the national colors.
