Procurement professionals from the member countries of the Caribbean Development Bank are invited to apply for two fully funded scholarships for advanced training in public procurement management in Italy. These scholarships will allow the winners to pursue a master's degree at the University of Rome Tor Vergata for the 2026/2027 academic year. This program aims to strengthen public financial management in the region.
