The presidents of Ecuador and Panama will meet in Guayaquil to strengthen their economic ties. Accompanied by their foreign ministers, they will discuss the Partial Scope Agreement aimed at boosting bilateral trade. The two countries are also considering circular migration mechanisms to facilitate the temporary movement of workers. This meeting is part of a context of increasing rapprochement since 2025.
