Six team members from Sandals Grande Antigua have recently graduated from the hotel leadership program offered by Sandals Corporate University in collaboration with Florida International University. This 16-week course allowed participants to develop essential management and leadership skills. The program included a final project that put their knowledge into practice through real operational challenges. This achievement highlights Sandals' commitment to talent development in the region.
