Six managers from Sandals Grande Antigua have completed a 16-week hotel leadership program aimed at enhancing local skills in the Caribbean tourism sector. This diploma, offered by Sandals Corporate University in collaboration with Florida International University, included practical projects and academic studies. The graduates are now ready to apply their new skills to improve their departments and the overall establishment.
