An accident occurred early Saturday morning on Old Parham Road when a vehicle struck the recently installed fence of the Red Cross headquarters in Antigua and Barbuda. The car, a Toyota Vitz, sustained significant damage, particularly to the rear and left side. Debris, including pieces of concrete and metal, litters the road. The circumstances of the accident and the condition of the driver remain to be clarified. An investigation is underway.
