A teenager has been placed in detention after being accused of a murder that occurred in a restaurant on West Bay Street. On August 3, two men were attacked by masked shooters, resulting in the death of one and serious injuries to the other. The suspect, Devontae Ferguson, will be tried for murder and attempted murder, with a hearing scheduled in the Supreme Court in January 2027.
