In response to an urgent need to renew generations within the public service, an Eldership program is proposed to allow former leaders to pass on their knowledge and experience. This system aims to establish a link between generations while ensuring that young leaders have the necessary authority to lead. The elders should not interfere in operations but rather offer valuable advice to avoid repeating past mistakes and ensure an effective transition.
