A 23-year-old man was sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm component in Grand Bahama court. During a search, authorities discovered a magazine in a travel bag. Although he claimed that the item did not belong to him, he acknowledged his responsibility. Charges against two other individuals present were dropped after their not guilty plea.
