Health authorities are monitoring a COVID-19 outbreak following a spiritual retreat held in Grand Bahama from October 8 to 11, 2026. Out of 112 participants, 20 tested positive, including 14 residents of Grand Bahama and six from New Providence. One resident has been hospitalized in stable condition. The Ministry of Health is urging vigilance and the implementation of preventive measures. Further information will be provided.
