Two men from Iran have appeared in court for identifying a synagogue in Manchester as a target for a bomb plot. They are accused of conducting reconnaissance in the local Jewish community, linked to a third party in Iran who allegedly coordinated the attack. The suspects were arrested just before Yom Kippur and are due to appear again on October 23.
